Volunteer Policy
A volunteer is a person who performs tasks for Oak Park Moms and Tots without wages or benefits.
Volunteers are recognized by the public as representatives of Oak Park Moms and Tots.
They shall deal with people in a friendly and courteous manner and follow the Policies and Guidelines set out by the
Board including the confidentiality, conflict of Interest and Discrimination and Harassment guidelines.
Oak Park Moms and Tots does not provide workers compensation coverage for volunteers and only the volunteer's own
auto coverage will cover auto claims.
Volunteers will fill out membership forms and they will be kept by the Volunteer Coordinator of the Board.
Volunteers may be required to complete a police check.
