No Board member will be a paid staff person of Oak Park Moms and Tots.

No Board member will put themselves in a position were they or a member of their family will derive financial gain or profit from being a Board Member.

A Board Member will declare any conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest at the Board meeting before the issue is discussed. They will not participate in the discussion or vote on the issue that they have declared a conflict on.

If the Board member is unsure as to whether there is a conflict or not he/she must declare that at the Board meeting before the issue is discussed.
